38 Years Ago Today...

...the movie Napoleon and Samantha was released, starring a young Michael Douglas and a younger Jodie Foster.  (Yeah, I've never heard of it either!)

...the song, Song Sung Blue by Neil Diamond was the Number One song on the Billboard charts.

...the Rolling Stones played at The Scope in Norfold, VA
(I'm surprised The Hubby wasn't there...oh wait he wasn't quite 2 yet... he needed a few more years)

...Pierre Messmer was appointed the Prime Minister of France

...P.orn star, Letha Weapons was born
(No way am I gonna link to her.  I'm not even gonna google her.)

...the weather in the Chicagoland area was a brisk 46 degrees (yes...farenheit)

...I'm not going to mention the fact the that the Sox lost and the Cubs won.

...AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST....

I WAS BORN!!!!!!

One last fact.  On July 6, 1972 the first "hush money" payment was made to the Watergate burglars.  Coincedence.... hmmmm...you decide.

***Isn't it amazing what you can find on the internet.  Oh by the way, I can not guarantee that all the "facts" are acurate.  I did get them from the internet afterall!
