Oh Edward...My Edward.

I don't know if it's because I've been watching Twilight on cable or because Eclipse is coming out in theaters soon, but I've been reading the Twilight series (Shut up Hubby)...for the third time. 

The first time I was really good and borrowed the books from the library.  Well good for me...maybe not so much for Stephanie Meyer...because you know she needs the money and all!  AnyIwishshewouldshare, It took me a while to work up to borrowing them, since I was a little embarrassed to be checking out books from the prepubescent girls section.  Then, of course, it took a little while longer to get through the set, due to the fact that the book I wanted was often already checked out.  But no worries...I eventually got them.

The second time I was a little less patient.  I tried the library first and if they didn't have the book that I wanted, then I helped Ms. Meyer and the Walton family stay out of foreclosure.  I wound up buying the first three and managed to borrow the last. 

This time around was so much easier...sort of.

Over the last week I have read the first three books.  (Yes...all three within the week...so I won't win any parenting of the week awards...sue me!)  When I went to Walmart to get Breaking Dawn...screw the library...they only had it in hardcover. 

I stood there in disbelief.

Why isn't it in paperback?  The others are...seriously people...I already have three in paperback...I don't want to spend the seven extra dollars to get it in hardback.  Mostly because I'm cheap, but also because the others are in paperback and I'm anal enough to want them to match.  Which is also why it has to be the oversized paperback version with the black cover...none of this regular sized paperback crap for me.


I.NEED.MY.EDWARD.FIX....dammit.  It's been two days since I finished eclipse.

I guess it's off to the library to see if they have it.
